1. Agreement

By purchasing "The One-Person Creative Business" ebook or otherwise using crevobooks.in ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms. The Site is operated by Venkatesh H Sannakkinavar, Hyderabad, India ("we", "us").

2. The product

We sell a single digital product: "The One-Person Creative Business" ebook, delivered as a PDF and EPUB, including its workbook and bonus resources, for ₹199. Pricing and contents may be updated at our discretion; changes will not affect a purchase already completed.

3. License to use

On successful payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to download and use the ebook for your own individual use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or republish the ebook or any part of it, in whole or in part, without prior written permission.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, an independent third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Delivery

Immediately after successful payment you are redirected to a thank-you page with a download link. If you do not receive access, contact hello@crevoworks.com with your payment reference and we will resolve it promptly.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this Site and within the ebook — text, structure, frameworks, graphics, and branding — is the property of Venkatesh H Sannakkinavar unless otherwise stated, and is protected by applicable copyright law.

8. No professional advice

The ebook provides general business and creative guidance based on the author's personal experience. It is not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice, and outcomes are not guaranteed. You are responsible for decisions made using its content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or the ebook. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
